Cancellation Policy
Thee Photo Ninja Photography understands that things come up and life happens, so we try to be as flexible as possible when the unexpected happens. However, when a session is booked with a client, other clients have to be scheduled for another date and time or turned away.
This policy helps both, you the client and myself to be more intentional about valuing each other’s time.
Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, we require all clients to provide MORE than 24 hours notice to the scheduled time. Otherwise, clients will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. We will provide a one-time cancellation fee to be waived, where customers can cancel a session in less than 24 hours. Alternatively, we will offer one waived appointment upon rescheduling. The waived session will need to be scheduled within 7 days of the cancellation. If a client is rescheduling three or more times, they will have to pay the full rate upfront to schedule again.
For shoots that are rescheduled due to inclement weather. We try to shoot inside, if possible. Otherwise we will reschedule.
In the event that I need to cancel a session due to illness or an emergency, you will receive $200 in additional images or services from your session.
